The Bryan Amateur Radio Club hosts a “Radio in the Park” event twice a year (in the Spring and in the Fall) for public outreach and to just play radio while enjoying the outdoors.
This time, we’ll be doing a Parks on the Air activation at El Camino Real de los Tejas National Historic Trail (US-4568) after the club meeting.
It’s a bit of a drive, but we’ll be meeting at the marker and picnic area just past Cook’s Point on Hwy 21. [Google Maps]
